We are a Criminal Defense Firm headquartered in South Florida that defends people who have been accused of Driving Under the Influence. Defending this charge is the focus of our criminal practice. We do it affordably, and we believe we do it very well.

We will fight your DUI charge and fight it vigorously. We do this by utilizing the latest legal, scientific, and expert DUI precedents, as they apply to the specific facts of your DUI case.

While the personal, professional, and legal ramifications from a DUI conviction are breathtaking, you'll find our fees are not. In fact, we're very up-front about what we charge to defend you. Our DUI-focused practice is designed not only to successfully defend your DUI charge, but we allow for flexible and personalized payment plans based on your budget, not ours.

About Charles Clemens , Esq.

Born and raised in Albany , NY , Charles "Chuck" Clemens attended the Rochester Institute of Technology , located in Rochester , NY , where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing.

Before attending law school, Mr. Clemens worked at ESPN, Inc ., in Manhattan and Bristol, Connecticut, where he worked in the Affiliate Sales and Marketing Department. Mr. Clemens transplanted to South Florida , where he received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Clemens developed his passion and craft for defending DUI well before graduating law school, while working at The Law Offices of Deborah Carpenter-Toye, Esq., a Ft. Lauderdale Criminal Defense firm.

From there, he proudly served as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County under Howard Finkelstein, Broward County's Elected Public Defender.

The couple devotes many of their non-working hours to philanthropy. Aside from his pro bono legal work, Mr. Clemens has volunteered his time coaching High School “Mock Trial” teams, educating teams of students through fictional, yet formal, courtroom trials. Active Judges preside over these “trials,” where the students gain both public speaking and basic courtroom advocacy skills.

Mrs. Clemens donates her time through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Organization of Broward, where she mentors underprivileged children.

The couple also participates in the yearly Adopt-A-Family program each holiday season.
